based on the artist’s proportions, this cube relates directly to the body. not accessible to enter, yet not closed off, due to the use of transparent plastic that is in direct contrast to the natural world. it captures an in-between feeling of revealing and concealing. the other material used is taken from and hints directly at the transport of products and big advertisements on building walls, halting the flow of busy citylife. the work is inviting a different perspective on everyday life, capturing decay and questioning utility and value.
